OK - A quick Tutorial

Start a new site, Go to the master page and inset a Themed graphic Navbar (any of them will do horizontal or vertical)

In the site pages studio tab use the plus sign to add two extra pages, so one has ‘home’ ‘page2’ and ‘page3’

Still in the studio tab Right click on page 2 and choose insert offsite link

In the dialog box, choose Internet page, and type in the full URL of wherever like - https://www.serif.com/forum

The give it a name - Serif, drop down the type box and choose new window, ensure include in navigation is checked, click OK, the new Serif link will be added to the navbar

Type something on each page (‘home’ ‘page2’ and ‘page3’) so one can tell its working easily)

Preview whole site and test
